All Is Well Leaf Ingredients: Organic Rosehips, Organic Hibiscus flowers, Organic Dried Elderberries, Dried Prickly pear fruit, Dried Chicory Root, Chamomile Flowers, Organic Dried Elderberries, Dried Prickly Pear Fruit, Dried  Chicory Root, and Chamomile Flowers.
 
1-2 teaspoon per cup of tea.  ( Depends on your prefrence )
